Posted by Isabelle Thorne on

I was recently listing these beautiful leather bags on our website, mental xs online, and I saw one that would perfectly match one of my dress designs..

It's a pastel blue wool suit with turquoise tone jelly belt (that silicon PU stuff that I can't stop staring at) and matching button front and cuffs.

another light bulb lit up and I decided to offer the dresses alongside the bags.

Update to our Terms: Weapon Sales Legislation in UK

Posted by Stella Richards on

Due to legislation updated in UK in 2008, sale of all swords over 50cm require a copy of membership / eligibility, and proof of age. You must be over 18 to purchase a sword in UK, even a replica Fantasy Sword.

To comply with these laws, Mental XS Online now requires the following BEFORE shipping any Sword over 50cm, and ANY bladed weapon outside of USA or Canada.

1. A photo or scan of your membership certificate and / or eligibility to own and use your purchase.

2. Proof of age, in the form of a photo or scan of your photo ID.

We will refund your card if checkout is successful but we cannot confirm your right to purchase.

We recommend Google Wallet

My favorite, and recommended for fast, safe credit card purchases, is Google Wallet. Creating an account takes minutes, verifying your card or bank may take a few days, and you may need to scan your photo ID to prove it's you, but once that's uploaded and your bank / credit card is confirmed, payment is instant. It's ever so easy to enter card details, the fastest site I've ever used.

What happened to The Costume Portal?

Posted by Isabelle Thorne on

You guys LOVE them - we used to advertise Katherine's 1864 dresses from Vampire Diaries, and they are still trending Pinterest daily, more popular than ever. We want to make them special, so we realized we couldn't just make a job out of it, we didn't want to make them because we needed the money. Since we made the decision to pause production of movie costumes, we have spent some time working on the preparation and re-structuring prices. Each Costume Portal item will now have weekly payment terms!
